On London’s famous Underground subway, signs constantly remind riders to “Mind the Gap,” or pay attention as they step onto the trains.
Mind the Gap Tours call attention to the gaps in our community that too often hinder the success of children, youth and their families living in poverty. The tour will educate and inspire you about our programs so you can help us close the gaps and realize a brighter future for our children. Please know that you will not be asked to give a donation at this tour.
“I was impressed by your leadership as well as your dedication to the agency and the people you work with. It was an education for me to learn you do so much with so little monetary support. It’s always a dilemma for me because as a culture we don’t seem to be responsive enough to the very real needs of children who, after all, are our future. I’m glad your heart is with these families.”
